These terms are an agreement between you and Beijing Diary Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("UTONE", "we", "us"). They cover your use of the utone.io website and its waitlist. The UTONE band and app are not yet available; when they launch, separate terms of sale and service will apply to them.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. It also does not reserve a unit or guarantee a price. Prices, features, specifications, and ship dates shown on this site are our current plans and may change before launch. Waitlist members will be offered early-bird pricing when it becomes available.
What you see on the site
Product images, app screens, sample timelines, and example sounds on this site are illustrations of what we are building. They include prototype hardware, mock data, and invented people and events; they are not recordings of real users. Names of third-party AI models, apps, and services are examples of tools that may work with UTONE and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Using the site
You may browse the site and join the waitlist for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not submit email addresses that are not yours, use automated tools to submit forms, or attempt to interfere with the site or its waitlist service.
Intellectual property
The UTONE name, the design of the site, and its text, images, and sounds belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to the site freely; please ask before reproducing its content elsewhere.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on information on it before launch.
